Great service, Maid2Clean have provided a lovely cleaner Esra for my elderly and housebound Mother-in-Law. High standard of cleaning and she does little extra things like put up her xmas tree and picks up shopping bits if she needs it. Also if Esra is on holiday a replacement is found so no disruption to the service. Working as a self employed cleaner with maid2clean has been a positive experience.

I only found out when the monthly payment bounced and I was told by the bank that their business account had been suspended. Head office said there were 'personal issues'. Do not use Maid2clean, they are inefficient and poor communicators. They took £30 off me for registration for a one off clean, and we also paid the cleaner another £22 for supposed 2 hours cleaning. When I inspected the property post-clean, it was filthy and hadn't been cleaned at all. Endless phone calls were made pre and post "clean".

Maid2Clean have been a flexible, helpful and friendly service. After some initial difficulty with my original assigned cleaner, who developed health problems I now have a very reliable and professional cleaner (Michelle) who cleans like a dream.

I’ve worked with Maid2clean since the early summer and I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of communication with the lady’s on the phone, some of them were quite blunt with me and it was like talking to a automated service about problems I had.
